It isn't often that I walk into a wedding and find something new but Steve Bean was something new for me when I first worked with him at a 2005 wedding. Steve describes himself as a freelance classical guitarist but don't be surprised to hear some Paul Weller, David Gray or even Led Zep's "Stairway To Heaven" in his repertoire ! His excellent guitar work provided background music for the service and during the reception meal and it certainly made a refreshing change from the norm.

I've had the pleasure to work with Steve many times since 2005 - he's a real easy guy to get along with and, if you're looking for a little individuality on your big day then I'd put him at the very top of your list without a moment's hesitation !

Mike is a Watford based classical guitarist who regularly covers the Cambridgeshire area. There is something completely right about a classical guitarist backdrop to a wedding or wedding reception. I came across Mike in the courtyard at The Bell in Stilton in August 2006 and his balanced repertoire of classical and more contemporary sounds helped create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing drinks and socialising. Danielle is a critically acclaimed Suffolk based harp player with a big reputation both nationally and internationally, with several TV and Radio appearances to her name. As with the classical guitarists, you need to have the right venue for the fit to be right but the unique sound of the harp can provide a wonderful and atmospheric backdrop for your special day if you do get it right.

At a recent Haycock celebration, "TAS" ran through a three hour set without any obvious repetition and that's quite something !

The Stone Beats are a four piece band, formed in 2001 and based in Caterham, Surrey. Over the years the band has travelled all over the country from Birmingham to Bournemouth, playing various hits made famous in the 1960's and early 1970's.

Seen recently on stage at the Haycock , these guys certainly looked and sounded the part in delivering a great sixties set featuring classics from the likes of the Kinks, the Who and the Monkees that had the dancefloor full from start to finish.
